Kelsey
Kelsey began her grooming journey at All 4 Paws over six years ago and has been trained exclusively by owner Mary, growing into one of our most trusted and skilled groomers. With a natural gift for understanding dogs and their energy, Kelsey has an exceptional ability to connect with even the most anxious and fearful pets.
She works especially well with high-anxiety and fear-aggressive dogs, who tend to respond beautifully to her calm, confident presence. Over the years, Kelsey has become known as our “mini Mary,” implementing the same techniques, standards, and compassionate approach that define All 4 Paws.
Kelsey is AKC SAFE certified, CPR & First Aid certified, and holds additional certifications in Skin & Coat Care and Difficult Dog Handling. She is deeply committed to continuing education and providing every pet with a safe, positive, and stress-free grooming experience.
Lydia
With 17 years in the grooming industry—more than half her life—Lydia brings a deep level of experience, patience, and compassion to every dog she cares for. She spent 10 years grooming in a veterinary setting, giving her extensive knowledge in handling senior, special-needs, and medically sensitive pets.
After losing her first senior rescue, Lydia began volunteering with Vintage Pet Rescue in March 2023, where she continues to advocate for and support older dogs in need. She specializes in senior pets and behaviorally challenging dogs, and is especially known for her gentle, calming approach.
Lydia’s favorite breeds to groom are Miniature Poodles and Schnauzers, and she takes pride in creating comfortable, positive experiences for every pet on her table.

Originally earning her grooming certification through PetSmart, Abby has been grooming professionally for over 8 years. She works full-time at our Johnston salon and can also be found on our mobile grooming van on Sundays—bringing All 4 Paws care directly to our clients.
Known for her patience and gentle approach, Abby does especially well with anxious pets and takes pride in helping them feel safe and comfortable. She is also experienced in grooming cats, making her a versatile and trusted member of our team.

Dawn began her grooming journey nearly four years ago and joined the All 4 Paws team to continue growing her skills and education in the industry. She is known for her compassionate nature and deep concern for each dog’s emotional well-being, always taking the time to make pets feel safe and comfortable on her table.
With a calm, patient approach, Dawn works especially well with larger breeds, heavy shedders, and doodles—putting in the extra care these coats require. She takes pride in improving her skills and learning something new every day, ensuring each pet receives gentle, thoughtful care.

Dee is a triple certified groomer, through three different platforms. She's our go-to small-breed groomer in Coventry, but fun fact..she owns the largest breed of all- an Irish Wolfhound!
She's been grooming for over 13 years and has years of salon management under her belt. She specializes in hand scissoring and breed patterns. Her favorite breed to groom is mini poodles and terriers.

Mikaela is a dedicated groomer, certified behavior consultant, and full-time Animal Science student with a lifelong passion for dogs. A proud veteran, she brings patience, structure, and compassion into everything she does.
Her grooming journey began through hands-on experience with her dogs’ breeder, learning firsthand while watching and assisting in competitive grooming and showing. She continued building her skills as a kennel supervisor in 2020, where she bathed and cared for countless dogs.
As the owner of two standard poodles, Mikaela is deeply involved in the dog sport world, actively competing in agility, barn hunt, dock diving, and rally. This experience gives her a unique understanding of canine structure, coat care, and behavior—allowing her to tailor each groom to the individual dog.
